Health, Safety and Quality

Safety is not a separate workstream at Nexro. It is how the work gets planned, and it is the reason our crews can operate at height, inside confined tanks and around abrasive blasting equipment on live resort sites.

Safety measures on every site

  • Safety training — all team members undergo regular training so they have the knowledge and skills to carry out their tasks safely.
  • Personal protective equipment — helmets, safety glasses, gloves and high-visibility clothing worn during fabrication and installation.
  • Safe working environment — adherence to safety regulations and guidelines, proper equipment maintenance, regular inspections and hazard identification.
  • Secure handling and transport — tanks and materials are loaded, secured and transported using methods that minimise the risk of accident or damage.
  • Installation safety — strict protocols during installation, including proper lifting techniques and securing the tank to its foundation.

Hazardous materials

Our team is trained in the handling and disposal of hazardous materials. This matters most during sandblasting and coating works, where we follow strict guidelines to protect both our team and the surrounding environment.

Quality control

Our fabrication processes follow quality control measures covering preparation, welding, structural integrity and adherence to industry standards. We source materials for durability, and our workmanship is backed by a written warranty.
